From Northwest Washington Lower Montgomery County and Northern Virginia:

Take the Washington Beltway (I-495) to I-270 north toward Frederick for about 20 minutes to Exit 22 (Rt. 109). From the exit ramp, turn right towards Comus on Rt. 109 (Old Hundred Road) for three miles to The Comus Inn at Sugarloaf Mountain (at the intersection with Comus Road).

From Frederick and North:

Take I-270 South to Exit 22 (Rt. 109). From the exit ramp, turn left towards Comus on Rt. 109 (Old Hundred Road) for three miles to The Comus Inn at Sugarloaf Mountain (at the intersection with Comus Road).

From Baltimore:

Take the Baltimore Beltway to I-70 west toward Frederick. Merge into I-270 South towards Washington to Exit 22 (Rt.109). From the exit ramp, turn left towards Comus on Rt.109 (Old Hundred Road) for three miles to The Comus Inn at Sugarloaf Mountain (at the intersection with Comus Road).

From Poolesville:

Take Rt. 109 (Beallsville Road) through Barnesville (where Rt. 109 becomes Old Hundred Road) to Comus Road and The Comus Inn at Sugarloaf Mountain.
